Understanding Pending Charges and Unsuccessful Orders
Sometimes orders may appear as pending on your bank statement even if they were not successfully placed. Here’s what happens and how to ensure your order goes through.
Voided Charges
If your recent order wasn’t completed, any pending charge associated with it has been voided. This means no payment was processed, and no order will be created.
How Our Checkout Works
Entering Payment Details
When you begin checkout, you enter your payment information.
Your bank may show the payment as “processed” or “pending,” but the order isn’t finalized yet.
Choosing Your Order Path
You can place the order directly through our store (warehouse or remote storage), or
Proceed with one of our suggested partner stores for lower prices or faster delivery.
Redirect to Partner Store
If you choose a partner store, you’ll be redirected to their website.
A new order must be submitted, and payment information re-entered, as this is a separate transaction.
The pending charge from our store will automatically be voided.
If Checkout Is Not Completed
No order will be created
No confirmation email will be sent
Any pending charge on your account will be canceled automatically by your bank
Important Note
If you place an order on a partner store’s website, all confirmations, shipping updates, or inquiries must be handled directly with that store. We do not have access to partner store transactions.
Next Steps
To proceed, return to the checkout page and complete your order. If you prefer to place the order through our warehouse, let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
