Understanding Voided Transactions and Bank Statement Reversals

We understand that seeing a charge on your bank statement can be confusing, so here’s some clarity on voided transactions.

When a transaction is voided, the charge may be removed from your bank statement as a reversal. In many cases, this makes it appear as if the transaction never occurred, which is why you might not see a separate refund line item.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the reversal to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
