We understand that seeing a pending charge on your account can be concerning. Below is a clear explanation of what happens when a transaction is voided.
What Is an Authorization Hold?
When you attempt to place an order, your bank may temporarily place an authorization hold on the funds. This step simply verifies that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available.
At this stage:
- The payment is not completed
- No money is transferred to us
- The amount appears as a pending transaction
What Happens If the Order Is Not Completed?
If your order is not successfully finalized, the transaction is automatically voided.
This means:
- The authorization is canceled
- The held amount is released back to your account
- No funds are captured by us
- No order will be processed
Because the payment was never fully captured, you will not see a refund transaction. The pending charge will simply disappear.
How Long Does It Take?
The timeframe for the pending amount to disappear depends entirely on your bank or card issuer. In most cases, it may take:
3–10 business days
Some banks release the hold immediately, while others require several business days.
Please note that once a transaction has been voided, we are unable to expedite the release of funds, as this process is controlled solely by your bank.
Rest Assured
No funds have been collected, and no order will be processed. If you have any concerns about the pending transaction, we recommend contacting your bank directly for the most accurate timeline.
If you need further assistance, our support team is always happy to help.
